Award Entry Entries Tab
The Entries Tab on the Award Entry Profile contains three child forms that help display, record, and add information to the Award Entry. The three child forms are the following:
- entry contact
- entry status
- entry score
This topic covers the Entries Tab on the Award Entry Profile and how to use each of the child forms.
On child forms, you can see several icons that perform various actions when you click them. They are:

Entry Contact
The entry contact child form allows for additional contacts to be entered for an award entry.To add an entry contact, use the following steps:
- Go to .
- On the entry contact child form, click the Add button.
- In the Add - Award Entry Contact window, enter the information in the fields for the populated award entry as described in the table below:
Field Name Required Description contact name Required Type the first few letters of the Individual's last name to see a list of matches. Or use the look up icon for a list of individuals. organization Optional This field populated automatically with the organization that is associated with the Individual you choose in the contact name field. contact type Optional Select a type from the drop-down list. primary? Optional Click this check box to make this individual the primary contact for the entry. - Click the Save button to add the new round to the child forms and return to the Award Entry profile page. Click the Cancel button to return to the Award Entry profile without saving your changes.
Entry Status
The entry status child form allows you to assign a status for each entry's award stage. If there is a score associated with the status of the award stage, you can enter it here. The score you enter here overrides any scores given by the judges.
To add an entry status, use the following steps:
- Go to .
- On the entry status child form, click the Add button.
- In the Add - Award Entry Status window, enter the information in the fields for the populated award and entry title as described in the table below:
Field Name Required Description award stage Required Select the stage from the drop-down box. status Required Select the status from the drop-down box. status date Optional Select or enter the date that corresponds to the status you entered. average score Optional Enter a number for the average score. This number will override judges' scores. adjusted average Optional Enter a number for the adjusted average score. This number will override judges' scores. final total Optional Enter a number for the final total. This number will override judges' scores. adjusted total Optional Enter a number for the adjusted total score. This number will override judges' scores. - Click the update scores button to update the scores elsewhere in NetForum to the scores that you enter here.
- Click the Save button to add the new round to the child forms and return to the Award Entry profile page. Click the Cancel button to return to the Award Entry profile without saving your changes.
Entry Score
The entry score child form allows you to enter a score for an entry for a particular award stage, and it displays scores entered here and from the . The score you enter here is often associated with a judge awarding the score, but it is not required to associate a score with a judge. The date the score was awarded can also be tracked.
To add an entry score, use the following steps:
- Go to .
- On the entry score child form, click the Add button.
- In the Add - Award Score window, enter the information in the fields for the populated award name and entry title as described in the table below:
